Who We Are, and What This Site Is For

Core House is a chiropractic practice based in Reno, Nevada. This website exists to give you information about our services, our approach to care, and a way to get in touch or request an appointment. It is not a diagnostic tool, and nothing on it should be treated as personalized medical advice. Every patient's situation is different, and any real guidance about your condition should come from an actual evaluation with Dr. Hurley, not from a page on this site.

This Website Doesn't Make You a Patient

Filling out a form, requesting an appointment, or reaching out through this site doesn't establish a doctor-patient relationship. That relationship only begins once you've been seen in person by a Core House practitioner, consistent with standard professional and legal requirements.

Requesting an Appointment

Submitting an appointment request is just that: a request. It doesn't guarantee you a spot on the schedule. Our office will follow up to confirm a time that actually works.

If you provide a phone number through an appointment form or intake paperwork, you're agreeing to receive text messages from us (and from Jane App, the service we use to manage reminders) about things like upcoming appointments, office updates, or important announcements. Some of these messages may be sent automatically. None of this is a condition of receiving care, you're never required to opt in to text communication to book with us, and you can opt out anytime by replying STOP. Standard messaging and data rates from your carrier may apply, and we're not responsible for delays or failures in message delivery caused by your carrier.

Your Privacy and Health Information

We take your privacy seriously. This website itself is not built to collect or store protected health information (PHI), and you shouldn't submit sensitive medical details through public or unsecured forms on this site.
