Care at Core House isn't just about adjustments. Every plan is built around core stability, strength, and body mechanics, the foundation that lets the rest of your body perform. Visits combine adjustments, soft tissue work, rehab, shockwave therapy, BFR training, and dry needling depending on what you need.
-
The Groundwork Visit is a free, 30-minute consultation where Dr. Hurley assesses your movement, symptoms, and goals to figure out whether Core House is the right fit for your care. There's no obligation to continue.
-
If Core House is a good fit, the next step is your Foundation Visit, a comprehensive session where Dr. Hurley assesses your primary concern and any underlying factors across your body, and you receive your first treatment. From there, he'll recommend a care plan built around your specific goals.
-
Rather than paying per visit, ongoing care is structured into packages tailored to your needs. Dr. Hurley will recommend the right plan for you based on your Foundation Visit, and walk you through the details and options at that time.
